This objective might involve enhancing self-esteem or alleviating feelings of anxiety and depression.

When we experience emotions such as anxiety, our minds have tricked us into feeling this way. CBT empowers you to regain control over your thoughts which improves your behaviour and emotions.

The duration of a CBT course will vary depending on your specific goal, typically spanning between 6 to 8 sessions.

Implementing Self-Care

In our therapy sessions, we will establish well-being practices that improve your quality of life. I understand that the concept of mindfulness may appear “woo woo”, and that you’ll need to overhaul your entire lifestyle. However, I want to assure you that this doesn't have to be the case.
